Bringing No Stone Unturned’s fundraising approach to life with infographics

Firstly, what is an infographic?

When people hear the word infographic, they often think of a colourful diagram shared on LinkedIn: a pie chart, a flowchart, or a splashy statistic designed to grab attention in a crowded feed.

An infographic serves multiple purposes, from being a visual tool that distills complex information into an engaging, easy-to-understand format to acting as a brand asset that communicates values, builds trust and sparks connection. It can simplify step-by-step processes, highlight key principles or show how ideas link together in a way that words alone can’t.

For fundraising consultancy No Stone Unturned, who help charities and not-for-profits increase their income, I created a series of infographics that capture their unique approach to fundraising and how they work with clients, making their process both accessible and visually memorable.

I’m thrilled to be able to share a glimpse of this working process and a few of the finished articles with you.

The Challenge

Fundraising can feel abstract, filled with processes and strategies that are hard to explain quickly. Lucy Stone, Director of No Stone Unturned, wanted a way to show potential clients and her wider audience on LinkedIn what she does and how she does it, authentically and in a way that reflected her personality and brand.

My Approach

Lucy shared with me her core working principles and methodologies and I transformed these into bespoke infographics that map out her process with clarity and warmth. To ensure her brand identity shines through consistently, I also designed a set of custom illustrated elements - visual motifs and icons she can use across her website, LinkedIn and client communications. These branded assets give her both flexibility and cohesion in how she presents herself online.

The Result

The infographics and illustrations now give Lucy an instantly recognisable, professional way to communicate her message. They’re infused with her energy and joy. These are qualities that set her consultancy apart. By combining thoughtful design with Lucy’s unique voice, I aimed to create a visual language that feels unmistakably hers.

Here’s what Lucy had to say about the collaboration:

“I am so excited with the amazing elements Esther made for me. I can not wait to get them all over my website and LinkedIn posts.

It was such a brilliant process to work with her teasing out what I needed.

It just feels so me whilst still being her style which I love so much!

They just bring me joy!”

Why This Matters

Infographics are a bridge between information and understanding. For Lucy, they have become tools to articulate her expertise, attract the right clients and communicate her work with confidence.
