Meet Esther
I am a UK-based live illustrator, graphic recorder and trained fine artist working with corporate clients across the UK and internationally to transform complex conversations into clear, strategic visual narratives.
With a BA (Hons) in Critical Fine Art Practice and over a decade of experience in facilitation and leadership, I bring both artistic rigour and strategic insight to visioning, strategy and planning sessions. I’ve created live visual work for institutions including Oxford University, Network Rail and the NHS, and leading global companies such as White & Case, ABB and RingCentral.
My background in advocacy and inclusive facilitation informs a distinctive approach rooted in deep listening and meaningful participation.
