And of course, hosting your event online instantly makes it accessible to a wider audience. As an artist, I automatically own the copyright to the artwork and illustrations I create when we work together. A license agreement will allow you the option to reproduce the images in specific ways, for a specific amount of time. Licensing means you only pay for what you need. The licensing fee will be calculated based on a number of factors, including where the image will be used, by who and for how long.
